Morning Berry Protein Cleanser

This is one of my favourite breakfast time smoothies. Filled with gut friendly ingredients, it’s a great way to give your tummy some love.

Ingredients:

1 cup Kefir or organic full fat live natural yogurt
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp Udo oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp bee pollen
1 tsp maca powder
1 capful of probiotics

Blend all ingredients together. Enjoy!
